Where are your pieces made?
All Nathanie pieces are handmade in a small, female-led studio in Indonesia.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?
As a small label producing in limited quantities, we currently offer store credit or exchange only, unless your item arrives faulty. This allows us to stay mindful of our production and reduce waste.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes, if the item is still in stock. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery so we can assist.

What fabrication do we use?                                              To hold the integrity of our pleats, all pieces from this collection are made of a mid-weight, wrinkle resistant polyester crepe fabric for easy wearability and comfort. 

Composition: 95% Polyester, 5% Elastane

Where do you ship from?
All Nathanie pieces are shipped from Perth, Australia, where every order is carefully packed by hand.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $150 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days and international orders within 7–14 business days, depending on customs and location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
